In order to protect my time and livelihood, I require a valid credit card on file for all of my clients, and I charge a 50% deposit for new clients. Agreement to the cancellation policy via digital signature is required in order to book appointments; this will be included in your intake form. Cancellation policy: I require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule with no charge. Any no-call/no-shows or cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment time will be an 100% charge to the card on file, (or the remaining 50% balance if you are a new client). Any changes to session length also require at least 48 hours' notice. If shortened on the day of, the originally booked duration will still be charged, as I cannot offer that reserved time to another client on short notice. If you're able to provide 72 hours or more notice, it's greatly appreciated- as it gives me a better opportunity to fill that appointment time. Please reach out via text before that 48 hour point if you need to change/reschedule your appointment. Once you've successfully booked, you will receive a confirmation email.
